ORDINANCE NO. 857
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE RESIDENTIAL
PROFESSIONAL ZONE TO THE RESTRICTED PROFESSIONAL
ZONE.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The title to Section 9210 of the West Covina
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
119210.�,'RESTRICTED PROFESSION (R-P ZONE). PERMITTED USES."
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby
amended by the addition thereto of a new section 9210.6 reading as
follows:
"9210.6. NAME OF ZONE.
Wherever the words (Residential Professional Zone'
are used in this Code, the same shall be deemed to mean
and refer to the R-P Restricted Professional Zone."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
