AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF.THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE TO INCREASE THE FEE FOR FILING AN APPLICATION
FOR A VARIANCE.
The City Council of the City of West Coviria does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (b) of the first paragraph of
Section 9224.3 of the West Covina. Municipal Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"(b ) For a variance j`
$100.00"
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
