AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE
WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO SPEED
LIMITS ON CERTAIN STREETS.

SECTION L. Paragraphs b and h of Section 1 0 of the

Nest Covina Municipal Code are hereby amended to read, respectively, as
follows:
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
"(b) VINCENT AVENUE from Glendora Avenue
to the northerly City limits of the
City 35 miles per hour
(h) MERCED AVENUE from Garvey to Van
Horn Avenues, from Shadydale to
California Avenues, from Glendora
to Lark Ellen Avenues, and from
Glenview Road to Glen Alan Avenue 35 miles per hour"
SECTION 2. Section 3190 of the Nest Covina Municipal Code
is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a new paragraph (o) reading
as follows:
"(o) FAIRGROVE AVENUE, all the part
within the jurisdiction of the ,
City 30 miles per hour"
SECTION 3. Paragraph (d) of Section 3191 of the West Covina
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(d) CALIFORNIA AVENUE from Garvey
Avenue to the southerly City
limits 30 miles per hour"
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption and
passage of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
