AN ORDINANCE OF,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 820 AND
SECTION 9202.2.15 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
. follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 820 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES. (Zone Change No. 259 - Aneas
Corporation)", adopted on the 28th day of October, 1963, and Section
9202.2.15 of the West Covina Municipal Code are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
