AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE
WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO SPEED
LIMITS AND ONE-WAY STREETS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (a.) of Section 3145 of the West Covina
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(a) Southwesterly upon the ramp connecting Grand Avenue
to Garvey Avenue on the north side of the San Bernardino Freeway."
SECTION 2. Section 3191 of the West Covina Municipal Code
is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a new paragraph (s) reading
as follows:
"VALLEY BOULEVARD from the westerly
City limits to the easterly City
limits 50 miles per hour"
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.

duced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 2nd day of December , 1963. That, thereafter,
said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 9th day of December , 19630 by the following
