AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 9209.1 OF THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE HEIGHT OF
BUILDINGS IN ZONE R-4.
The City Council of the City of Nest Covina does ordain as
10 follows..
SECTION 1. Section 9209.1 of the West Covina Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
'19209.1. HEIGHT.
No building or structure in the R-4 Zone shall exceed
fifty feet in height. At any building setback line the maxi-
mum height shall not exceed eighteen feet. For every two feet
of additional setback one additional foot in height will be
permitted until the fifty foot maximum is reached."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
