AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES. (Zone
Change No. 259 - Aneas Corporation)
• The City Council of the City of..West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. TheCityy Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following zone changes and amendments were duly
initiated, that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published,
that public hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission,
and by the City Council, and that_the public convenience, necessity and
general welfare and good zoning practice require that the following zone
changes and amendments be made. -1
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new section 9202.2.15 reading as follows:
"9202.2.15, Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section .9202.2 and the Zoning Map referred .to therein, the
Northwesterly 1.50 feet of the Southwesterly 150 feet of the
following described premises are hereby placed and included in
the C-1'Neighborhood Commercial Zone, the Southeasterly 150 of
the Northwesterly 300 feet of the Southwesterly 150 feet there-
of are hereby placed and included in the R-P Residential -Pro-
fessional Zone, and all the remainder of said premises is
hereby placed and included in the R-2 Two Family Zone. Said
premises are described as follows:
• That portion of Lot 135 of E. J. Baldwin's 4th Sub-
division in the City of West Covina, County of Los
Angeles, State of California as per map recorded
in Book 8 pages 186 of maps on file in the office
of the County Recorder of..said County; bounded by
the north westerly, southwesterly and southeasterly
lines of said Lot 135; and by the southwesterly lines
of Tract 21480 and Tract 17101, as recorded in Book 644 Pages
51 and 52 and Book 644 Pages 20 and 21 respectively, on
file in the office of said County Recorder."

SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
