AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES. (Zone
Change No. 263 - Brutoco)
follows: The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
•
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following zone changes and amendments were duly
initiated, that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published,
that public hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission
and by the City Council, and that the public convenience, necessity
and general welfare and good zoning practice require that the following
zone changes and amendments be made.
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new section 9202.2.11 reading as follows:
119202.2.11. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 9202.2 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the
following described premises are hereby placed and included in
the R-2 Two -Family Zone, to -wit:
That portion of Lot 116 of Tract No. 930 in the County
of Los Angeles, State of California, according to the
map recorded in Book 17, Pages 38 and 39 of Maps in the
office of the County Recorder of said County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Tract 27383 according
• to the map recorded in Book 694, Pages 55 and 56 of Maps,
records of said County, said point being a point in the
Northerly line of the lands described in the deed to
Louis Brutocao, according to the deed recorded in Book
D 1581, Page 103 of Official Records of said County;
thence from said point of beginning along said Northerly
line, South 890 211 00" East 1349.64 feet to the North-
east corner of said lands, said point also being the
Southerly prolongation of the center line of Hollenbeck
Street; thence South 00 401 50" West along the Easterly
line of the lands described in the deed to Louis Brutocao,
hereinabove referred to, a distance of 1217.00 feet to the
true point of beginning of this description; thence South

SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify'to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.
