Ordinance - 801ORDINANCE NO. 801
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE
WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3137.3 of the West Covina Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"3137.3. SAME. TWO HOUR LIMIT SIGNS.
When authorized signs are in place giving notice thereof
no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle on any of the
following described streets or portions of streets between the
hours of 7:00 o'clock A.M. and 6:00 o'clock P.M. of any day
except Sundays and holidays for a longer period of time than
two hours, to -wit:
Garvey Avenue from California Avenue to Glendora
Avenue except those parking stalls not immediately
adjacent to business frontage.
Glendora Avenue from Garvey Avenue to Walnut Creek
Wash, except those parking stalls not immediately
adjacent to the business frontage.
Workman Avenue, north side, from Citrus Street to the
City Limit east of Calvados Avenue."
SECTION 2. Section 3137.4 of the West Covina Municipal
•Code is hereby amended by repealing and deleting therefrom the words
"Vincent Avenue, from Garvey Avenue to Rowland Avenue".
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.
