AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA CLARIFYING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE
WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONE
CHANGES.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. It appearing that there are two sections of
the West Covina Municipal Code numbered 9202.2www and 9202.2xxx, those
sections numbered 9202.2www and 9202.2xxx, as adopted by Ordinance No.
783, passed on February 18, 1963, are hereby repealed, but the zone
changes effected thereby are hereby preserved and retained as shown
upon the zoning map adopted by Ordinance No. 793, passed and approved
on April 22, 1963.
SECTION 2. It is hereby declared that Section 5 of said
Ordinance No. 793 refers to Section 9202.2www of the West Covina Muni-
cipal Code, as adopted by Ordinance No. 789 and that Section 6 of said
Ordinance No. 793 refers to Section 9202.2xxx of the West Covina Munici-
pal Code as adopted by Ordinance No. 794.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required°by law.
