AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES. (Zone
Change No. 252 - Kingsbury Manor)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City

SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new section 9202.2.3 reading as follows:
119202.2.3. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 9202.2 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the
following described premises are hereby placed and included in
the R-3 Multiple Family Residential Zone, to -wit:
Parcel 1. That portion of Lot 131 of E. J. Baldwin's
Fourth�'ubdivision, in the City of West Covina, County
of Los Anggeles, State of California, as shown in Book
8 page 186 of Maps, on file in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said lot; thence
• along the northwesterly line of said lot South 410 53f'
West 682.50 feet; thence parallel with the northeasterly
line of said lot South 48 07t East 101.36 feet; thence
North 760 421 East 831.34 feet to the northeasterly line
of said Lot 131; thence along said northeasterly line
North 480 07, West 576.05 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2. The southwesterly 80.00 feet of Lot 132 of E.
J.J. Bal3win's Fourth Subdivision, in the City of West
Covina, County of Los Angeles; State of California, as
shown in Book 8 page 186 of Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
EXCEPT from said southwesterly 80.00 feet that portion
thereof described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said lot; thence
along the southwesterly line of said lot North 48° 071
West 351.30 feet; thence North 76° 421 East 97.45 feet to
the northeasterly line of the southwesterly 80.00 feet to
said lot; thence along said northeasterly line South 48°
07, East 295.66 feet to the southeasterly line of said
lot; thence along said southeasterly line South 410 531
West 80.00 feet to the point of beginning."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
.this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.
