AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE TO ADOPT A NEW ZONING MAP AND TO AMEND AND
REPEAL CERTAIN SECTIONS OF SAID CODE PERTAINING
THERETO.
;follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9202.2 of the West Covina Municipal Code
and the "Zoning Map of the City of West Covina" referred to therein are
hereby repealed and deleted from said code.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
SECTION 2. A new section 9202.2 is hereby added to the West
Covina Municipal Code reading as follows:
"9202.2. SAME. ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONES BY MAP.
The location and boundaries of the various zones are such
as are shown and delineated on the 'Zoning Map of the City of
West Covina', dated Mar. 15, 1963, which is attached hereto and
is hereby made a part of this Chapter."
SECTION 3. The "Zoning Map of the City of Nest Covina"
dated Mar. 15, 1963, which is attached hereto and hereby made a part
of this ordinance, is hereby added to and made a part of Chapter 2 of
Article IX of the West Covina Municipal Code.
SECTION 4. Sections 9202.2a to 9202.2vvv of the West Covina
Municipal Code are hereby repealed.
•SECTION 5. Section 9202.2www of the West Covina Municipal
Code is hereby renumbered section 9202.2.1.
SECTION 6. Section 9202.2xxx of the West Covina Municipal
Code is hereby renumbered section 9202.2.2.
SECTION 7. Seetiom 9217.1A, 9217.1b and 9217.1e of the
West Covina Municipal Code are hereby repealed.
SECTION 8. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.
