AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 773.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. In order to correct an inadvertent error in the
legal description contained therein, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 773,
adopted December 26, 1962, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new section 9202.2jjj reading as follows:
19202.2jjj. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 9202.2 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the
following described premises are hereby placed and included in
the R-3 Multiple Family Residential Zone, to -wit:
Easterly 300t of Lot 2 of the Eugene Riggins Subdivision
of the Hathaway Tract as per map recorded in Book 53, Page
37 of Miscellaneous Records of said County, except the
Northerly 180f and the Southerly 174, thereof.
The Northerly 751 of the Southerly 174, of the Easterly
300' of Lot 2 Eugene Riggins Subdivision of the Hathaway
Tract as per map recorded in Book 53, Page 37 of
Miscellaneous Records in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County.
PARCEL 1: Lot 4 of Tract #12335 in the City of West
Covina, as per map recorded in Book 235, Pages 6 and 7
of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
• County, except the North 160, thereof.
PARCEL 2: That portion of Lot 1 of Eugene Riggins Subdivision
of the Hathaway Tract in the City of West Covina, as shown
on map recorded in Book 53, Page 37 of Miscellaneous Records,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County, des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said lot as
established by agreement filed as Document #15257 - 1 and
entered on Certificate of Title #IQ-78656 in the Office
of Registrar of Titles of said County, distant North 870
40, 15" West 330.32 feet from the intersection of the
Easterly prolongation of said Northerly line with.the
center line of Orange Avenue as shown on said map; thence
South 44* 41, 15" West 54.99 feet of the Northeasterly
line of Pacific Avenue as condemned in Superior Court
Case #269877 and described in Document #190540; thence
along said Northeasterly line, North 450 18, 45" West 60.30
feet to the said Northerly line; thence South 870 40, 15"
East 81.61 feet to the point of beginning.""
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.
