AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 779.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. In order to correct an inadvertent error in the
legal description contained therein, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 779,
adopted February 4, 1963, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new section 9202.2uuu reading as follows:
t9202.2uuu. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 9202.2 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the
following described premises are hereby placed and included in
the R-3b Low Density Multiple Family Residential Zone, to -wit:
Lots 203 and 204 of E.J. Baldwin's Fifth Subdivision,
of a portion of the Rancho La Puente, in the City of
West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as shown by map recorded in Book 12, at Pages 134 and 135
of Maps, on file in the office of the County Recorder
of said County.""
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.
