The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following zone change and amendment was duly
initiated, that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and pub-
lished, that public hearings thereon were duly held by the
Planning Commission and by the City Council, and that the public
convenience, necessity and general welfare and good zoning prac-
tice require that the following zone change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby
amended by the addition thereto of a new section 9202.2mm reading
as follows:
119202.2mm. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the pro-
visions of Section 9202.2 and the Zoning Map referred to
therein, the following described premises are hereby
placed and included in the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial
Zone, to -wit:

• Baldwin's Fifth Subdivision, in the City of
West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, according to the map recorded in
Book 12, Page 134 et. seq. of Maps in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County, described

Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot

westerly line of said lot, a distance of 147.79
feet; thence South 89'19125" East, a distance of
26.87 feet to a point that lies Southeasterly,
measured at right angles, 20.00 feet from the
