AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
S CODE TO PRESCRIBE A BUSINESS LICENSE FEE FOR
ESTABLISHMENTS WHICH SERVE LIQUOR AND PERMIT
DANCING

The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby
amended by the addition thereto of a new section 6235.20 reading
as follows:
116235.20. BAR OR RESTAURANT SERVING LIQUOR, DANCING.
For every person conducting or operating any bar
or restaurant wherein intoxicating liquor is served or
dispensed for consumption on the premises and in which
dancing is permitted or provided for, the sum of
$150.00 per year."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as
required by law.
