AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE
WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
RECREATION AND PARK COMMISSION.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:

SECTION 1. Sections 2320 and 2321 of the West Covina Municipal
Code are hereby amended to read respectively as follows:
112320. RECREATION AND PARK COMMISSION.
A Recreation and Park Commission, consisting of five members,
is hereby established.
2321. APPOINTMENTS.
The Recreation and Park Commission members shall be citizens
of the City appointed by the City Council. In the appointment of
one of said members, the City Council shall solicit, and if
received shall consider, the recommendation of the West Covina
Unified School District."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.

of the City Council on the llth day of September , 1961, by the
