Ordinance - 705ORDINANCE NO. 7.05
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE DISTRIBUTION
OF HANDBILLS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new Section 6352 reading as follows:
116352. EXEMPTIONS. The provisions of this Part shall not
be deemed to prohibit the personal handing and actual delivery to
any person willing to receive the same of any written or printed
matter which pertains exclusively to political or religious sub-
jects or opinions."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 705 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 8th day of May , 1961. That, thereafter,
said ordinance was duly adopted and passed a a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 22nd day of May , 1961, by the following
vote, to -wit:
