ORDINANCE NO. 697
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES. (Sugar).
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as

SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new section 9202.2m reading as.follows:
119202.2m. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 9202.2 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the
following described premises are hereby placed and included in
the R-3 Multiple Family Zone, to -wit:
Those portions of Lots 131 and 132 of E. J. Baldwin's
Fourth Subdivision, of a portion of the Rancho La Puente,
in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as shown by map recorded in Book 8, at
Page 186 of Maps, on file in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, described as follows:
PARCEL 1. The southwesterly 80.00 feet of Lot 132,
CEPTING THEREFROM that portion beginning at the most
Southerly corner of said lot; thence North 480

West 351.30 feet, along the Southwesterly line of said
lot; thence North 76° 421 East 97.45 feet, to the North-
easterly line of said Southwesterly 80.00 feet; thence
South 480 071 East 295.66 feet, along said Northeasterly
line, to a point in the Southeasterly line of said lot;
thence South 410 53► West 80.00 feet, along said South-
easterly lot line to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2. That portion of Lot 131, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said lot;
thence South 410 53' West 264.00 feet, along the north-
westerly line of said lot, to a point, thence South 480
07+ East 195.00 feet, parallel with the Northeasterly
line of said lot, to a point; thence South 10 53' 00"
West 177.00 feet, more or less, to a point in a line which
bears North 760 421 East and intersects said Northeasterly
lot line, distant South 480 07, East 576.05 feet, from
said most Northerly corner; thence North 760 421 East
485.00 feet, more or less, to said intersection,thence
North 480 071 West 576.00 feet, more or less, along said
Northeasterly lot line, to the point of beginning.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.
