AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING SECTION 5110.2 OF THE WEST
COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO FEES FOR HEALTH
INSPECTIONS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
• follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5110.2 of the West Covina Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"5110.2. SAME. FEES.
Each applicant for any such permit shall pay to the City
Clerk, at the time of filing the application therefor, a fee of
$7.50 to cover the expense of investigation of any matters
relative to such application."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
