AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 667 AND SECTION
9202.2a OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. A good and sufficient referendum petition having
been duly filed protesting against the adoption of Ordinance No. 667,
an election having been duly held thereon, a majority of the voters
voting thereon having failed to vote in favor thereof, and said ordinance,
therefore, not having become effective, said Ordinance No. 667, passed
on the 25th day of July, 1960, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Section 9202.2a of the West Covina,, Municipal Code,
which section was added to said code by said Ordinance No,667, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.

introduced and placed upon its first reading.at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 28th day of November , 1960. That, thereafter,
said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 12th day of December , 1960, by the following
vote, to -wit:
