AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO CHANGE THE AREA DISTRICT OF
CERTAIN PREMISES. (Zone Change 165)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council.does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following amendments were duly initiated, that
notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following changes and amendments be made.
SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new Section 9217.1a reading as follows:
119217.1a. SAME. CHANGES.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9217.1 and the
zoning map referred to therein, the following described premises
are hereby placed and included in Area District III, to -wit:
All of Annexation No. 163, which is located at the
southwest corner of Vine and Citrus Avenues, and
all of that portion of Annexation No. 161 lying south
of Cameron Avenue and located between Barranca Street
and Citrus Avenue."
SECTION 3. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new Section 9217.1b reading as follows:
"9217.1b. SAME. CHANGES.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9217.1 and the
zoning map referred to therein, the following described premises
are hereby placed and included in Area District IV, to -wit:
All that portion of Annexation No. 161 lying north
of Cameron Avenue and located generally at the north-
east corner of Barranca Street and Cameron Avenue."
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required bylaw.

do hereby certify that the above Ordinance No. 673 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 25thday of Julv , 1960. That, there-
after, said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 8th day of August , 1960, by the
following vote, to -wit:
