AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL
CODE SO AS TO REZONE CERTAIN PREMISES. (WEISEL)
The City Council of the City of West Covina -does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City

SECTION 2. The West Covina Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new section 9202.2a reading as follows:
"9202.2a. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the pro-
visions of Section 9202.2 and the Zoning Map referred to therein,
the following described premises are hereby placed and included
in the R-3a Multiple Family Residential Zone, to -wit:
Those portions of Lot 163 of E. J. Baldwin's Fourth Sub-
division of a portion of the Rancho La Puente, in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 8, Page 186 of
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, described as follows:
PARCEL A: Beginning at a point in the northwesterl
line e o -said lot, distant South 410 531 West, 110.04 feet
from the most northerly corner of said lot; thence South
480 071 East 240.50 feet to the true point of beginning
thence South 410 531 West, 166.69 feet thence South 49.
071 East, 377.28 feet; thence South 41 531 West 90.00
feet; thence South 48° 071 East 339.42 feet; thence North
410 531 East, 256.7 feet, more or less; thence North 480
071 West, 716.70 feet, more or less, to the true point
of beginning.
PARCEL B: The southwesterly 90.00 feet of the northeasterly
366.73 Teet of the southeasterly 377.28 feet of the north-
westerly 618 feet of said Lot 163.
PARCEL C: The southwesterly 71.30 feet of the north-
eas eriy 438.03 feet of the southeasterly 412.00 feet
of the northwesterly 618 feet of said Lot 163.
PARCEL D: The southwesterly 71 feet of the northeasterly
509.03 feet of the southeasterly 412 feet of the north-
westerly 618 feet of said Lot 163.t1
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.
