AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA'REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SUNSET AND SERVICE
AVENUES. (James W. Hathcock, _et al.)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine and
declare that ,the..following change of zone was duly initiated, that notice
of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public hearings
thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City Council, and
that the public convenience and necessity and the general welfare require
that the following change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the 28th
day of June,.1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the 8th day of
August,.1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein, are hereby
amended to change from its existing zone classification to Zone C-2 that
certain real property in the City of West Covina described as follows,
to -wit:
That portion of Lot 132 of E. J. Baldwints 4th Subdivision
in the City of West Covina,_County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 8, Page 186 of
Maps, in the office of the Recorder of -said County des-
cribed as follows:
Beginnin§ at the most easterly corner of said. Lot 132; thence
south 41 531 west along the southeasterly line of said lot
a distance of 398.916 feet, more or less, to the north-
easterly line of the line of the southwesterly 511.084
feet of said Lot 132; thence North 480 071 west along
the said northeasterly line of the southwesterly 511.084
feet of Lot 132 a distance of 220.00 feet; thence North
4.10 53, East parallel with the said southeasterly line of
Lot 132 a distance of 398.916, more or less, to the north-
easterly line of said Lot 132; thence south 480 07t East
along said northeasterly line of Lot 132 a distance of
220.00 feet to the point of beginning..
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and.shall.publish the same as required by law.

hereby certify that the. -above Ordinance No. 661 was regularly introduced
and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 25thday of April , 1960. That, thereafter, said ordinance was
duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on the
9th day of May , 1960, by the following vote, to -wit:
