AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.LOCATED
ON THE SOUTHEASTERLY SIDE OF SERVICE AVENUE,_
BETWEEN SUNSET AVENUE AND PROPOSED CENTER STREET.

The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
hollows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine and
declare that .the.following change of zone was duly initiated, that notice
of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public hearings
thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City Council, and
that the public convenience and necessity and the general welfare require
that the following change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the 28th
day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the 8th day of
August,.1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein, are hereby
amended to change from its existing zone classification to Zone C-2 that
certain real property in the City of West Covinadescribed as follows,
to -wit:
The northeast 396.916 feet of the Northwest 507.36
feet of Lot 132, E. J. Baldwin's 4th Subdivision of a
part of the Rancho La Puente, as recorded in Map Book
8, Page 186, of Los..Angeles County.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall.publish the same as required by law.

and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 25th day of April , 1960. That, thereafter, said ordinance
was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on
the 9th day of May , 1960, by the following vote, to -wit:
