AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT
THE.NORTHEAST CORNER OF FAIRGROVE.AND TONOPAH
AVENUES. (Sugar Construction Co.)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
• SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that.the following change of zone was duly initiated, that
notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the 28th
day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the 8th day
of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein, are
hereby amended to change from its existing zone classification to Zone
R-A, Area District I that certain real property in the City of West
Covina described as follows, to -wit:
The northwesterly 640.25 feet of the southwesterly
412.50 feet of Lot 363 of Tract No. 606, in the City
of West Covina,.County of Los Angeles, State of Cali-
fornia, as per map recorded in Book 15, Pages 143 and 142
of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
the northeasterly line of said land being parallel with
the southwesterly line of said lot, excepting therefrom
the northwesterly 140 feet thereof.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk 6hall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall.publish the same as required by law.

of the City Council on the 18th day of April 1960, by the
following vote, to -wit:
