AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA_REZONING.CERTAIN.PROPERTY.LOCATED .
AT 14550.EAST_GARVEY AVENUE BETWEEN,PUENTE.AND
GARVEY AVENUES._ (C. R. Cook.)
The City Council of the City of.West Covina does ordain as

SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that.the following change of zone was duly.initiated, that
notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following change and amendment be made.

SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the 28th
day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the 8th day
of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein, are
hereby amended to change from its existing zone classification to Zone
C-3 that certain real property in the City of West Covina described as
follows, to -wit:
Those portions of Lots 1 to 5 inclusive, of Tract No.
13721, lying and being partly in the City of,West Covina
and partly in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as shown on map recorded in
Book 273, pages 48.to 50 inclusive of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, described
as follows: Beginning at a point in the Northerly line
of said Lot 1., distant thereon, North 790 13' 41" West,
73.59 feet, from the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 1;
thence North 790 13' 41" West along said Northerly.line
67.33 feet; thence South 450 341 54 West 224.60 feet;
thence South 40° 37' 34" West, 228.73 feet; thence South
190 46' 34" East 4.50 feet; thence Southeasterly and North-
easterly along a tangent curve, concave northerly, having
a radius of 35 feet, through an angle of 86° 14' 12" an
are distance of 52.68 feet; thence North 73° 59' 14" East
11.06 feet; thence North 520 31' 291 East 79.14 feet; thence
North 410 16' 04" East 376.19 feet;.thence Northeasterly,
along a tangent curve, concave Southeasterlyo having��a

SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
