WEST COVINA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.LOCATED -.
AT.1104 WESCOVE PLACE SOUTHEASTERLY.OF..GLENDORA
AVENUE. (City Initiated).
• follows: The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that.the following change of zone was duly initiated, that
notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the 28th
day of June, 1954,,Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the 8th day
of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein, are
hereby amended to change from its existing zone classification to Zone
R-1 that certain real property in the City of West Covina described as
follows, to -wit:
Lot'37, Tract No. 14681.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall.publish the same as required by law.

meeting of the City Council on the 23rd day of February , 1960,
