ORDINANCE No. 648
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REZONING,CERTAIN PROPERTY.LOCATED -
AT 2329 WEST GARVEY AVENUE, BE_TWEEN.WILLOW.AVENUE
AND PUENTE AVENUE
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that.the following changes of zone were duly initiated,
that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following changes and amendments be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the 28th
day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the 8th day
of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein, are
hereby amended to change from its existing zone classification to Zone
R-3 that certain real property in the City of West Covina described as
follows, to -wit:
Lot 35 of Tract No. 11231, in the City of West Covina,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, and the
easterly 66 feet of Lot 34 of Tract No. 11231, in the
City of West Covina,..County of.Los Angeles, State of
California, as shown by map recorded in Book 198, at
pages 50 of Maps, on file in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the 28th
day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the 8th day
of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein, are
hereby amended to change from its existing zone classification to Zone
C-1 that certain real property in the City of West.Covina described as
follows, to -wit:
Lots 32, 33 and the westerly 24 feet of Lot 34 of Tract
No. 11231 in the City of West Covina, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as shown -by map recorded
in Book 198, at Pages 50 of Maps, on file in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall.publish the same as required by law.
