AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF.PACIFIC AVENUE AND
PACIFIC LANE. (Schroeter)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows :
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following change of zone was duly initiated, that
notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the .Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the 28th
day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 410; passed and approved the 8th day
of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein, are
hereby amended to change from its existing zone classification to Zone
C-1 that certain real property in the City of West Covina described as
follows, to -wit:
That portion of Lot 1, Tract No. 12335, in the City of
West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as shown on Map recorded in Book. 235, at Pages 6 and
7 of Maps, on file in the office of the County Recorder
of said County.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.

do hereby certify that -the above Ordinance No. 646 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 28th day of December, 1959. That, there-
after, said ordinance was Zug adopted.and passed at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 11th day of January , 1960, by the following
vote, to -wit:

NOES: Councilmen: Heath, Barnes
