ORDINANCE N0, 640
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
'WEST COVINA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF GLENDORA AVENUE BETWEEN
CHRISTOPHER STREET AND WALNUT CREEK WASH.
(San Gabriel Valley Cleaners & Launderers)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following change -of zone was duly initiated, that
notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2, Ordinance No.'325, passed and approved the 28th
day of June,'1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the 8th day
of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein, are
hereby amended to change from its existing zone classification to
Zone C-1 that certain real property in the City of Nest Covina de-
scribed in Exhibit A which is attached to and by this reference made
a part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law,
