ORDINANCE N0. 639
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ir+IEST COVINA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 625 RELATING
TO THE MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT ON PUENTE AVENUE AND
ROOT STREET.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows :
SECTION 1. That portion of Section 2 of Ordinance No, 625
adopted May 11, 1959, relating to Puente Avenue is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Root Street from the Westerly City
Limits of the City of West Covina to
Orange Avenue and Puente Avenue from
Orange Avenue -to Azusa Avenue
35 miles per hour.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.
