ORDINANCE NO. 608
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 601.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. In order to correct a typographical error,
Section 2 of Ordinance No. 601, passed and approved the loth day of
November, 1958, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 2. -Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the
28th day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved
the 8th day of August, 1955, and the -Official Zoning Map
referred to therein, are hereby amended to change from its
existing zone classification to Zone C-1 that certain real
property in the City of Test Covina described as follows,
to -wit:
The westerly 30.00 feet of the easterly 172.00
feet of the southerly 140.00 feet of Lot 8 of
Block. 20 of the Phillips Tract M.R. 9-3-4 in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
California."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.

introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 8th day of December , 1958. That,
thereafter, said ordinance was 3uly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 22nd day of December , 1958,
by the following vote, to -wit:
