AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 301-311 NORTH AZUSA AVENUE BETWEEN ROWLAND
AND WORKMAN AVENUES. (Charles R. Zug).
49 The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following change of zone was duly initiated, that
notYce of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the
28th day of June, 1954, Ordinance'No. 410, passed and approved the
8th day of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein,
are hereby amended'to change from its existing zone classification to
Zone C-1 that certain real property in the City of West Covina des-
cribed as follows, to -wit:
The westerly 30.00 feet of the easterly 172.00
feet of the southerly 130.00 feet of Lot 8 of
Block. 20 of the Phillips Tract M.R. 9-3-4 in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
California.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
