AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON
THE NORTH SIDE OF SAN BERNARDINO ROAD BETWEEN
IRWINDALE AVENUE AND AZUSA CANYON ROAD (Moritz Pick).
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
GP follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following change of zone was duly initiated, that
notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the
28th day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the
8th day of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein,
are hereby amended to change from its existing zone classification to
Zone R-3 that certain real property in the City of West Covina des-
cribed as follows, to -wit:
Nine acres, commencing at intersection of N line of
San Bernardino Road 6ft. wide with W. Line of Lot
3 in Sec. 16 T.1S. R. IOW. Th. E. on sd. N. line 550
more or less ft. to a pt. W. thereon 692.12 ft. from
W. Line of Irwindale Avenue 40 ft. wide Th. N. 10 E
708.67 ft. Th. N 880 30' W 550 more or less ft. to sd.
W. Line of Lot Th S'. 701.99 more or less ft. to begin-
ning Part of Lot 3.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall publish the.same as required by law.
