AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE
NO. 365 RELATING TO INSPECTION FEES.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
0 follows:
SECTION 1. Section 69 of Ordinance No. 365, passed and
approved the 13th day of December, 1954, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"SECTION 69. ADDITIONAL INSPECTION FEES.
The permittee shall pay to the City Engineer a fee of
$4.50 for the inspection of the backfilling of any cesspool
or septic tank. In any case in which an additional inspection
is required after the first inspection for which a fee is
prescribed by this ordinance, an additional fee of $3.50 per
each such additional inspection shall be paid to the City
Engineer by the permittee or person requesting such inspection."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
