ORDINANCE NO. 575
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 1932 EAST GARVEY AVENUE, BETWEEN JUNIPER AND
BAYMAR STREETS. (Pynoos & LeBrun)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows.:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following change of zone was duly initiated, that
notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and. that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the 28th
day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the 8th day
of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein, are
hereby amended to change from its existing zone classification to Zone
R-3 that certain real property in the City of West Covina described as
follows, to -wit:
The west 175 feet of the north 274 feet of the
southerly 1270 feet, ex. of street of Lot 2,
Tract 930.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk. shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required.by law.
Passed and approved this 9th day of June , 1958.

do hereby certify that the above Ordinance No. 575 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 26th day of nz, 1958. That,
thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopted anpassed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 9th day of June , 1958, by
the following vote, to -wit:
