ORDINANCE NO.573
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WESCOVE PLACE AND
GLENDORA AVENUE. (William W. Lovett)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows :
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following change of zone was duly initiated, that
notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the 28th
day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the 8th day
of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein, are
hereby amended -to change from its existing zone classification to Zone
R-P that certain real property in the City of West Covina described as
follows, to -wit:
Lot 61 of Tract 14681 in the City of West Covina,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per
map recorded in Book. 310, Pages 15 and 16'of Maps
in the office of the County Recorder.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.

do hereby certify that the above Ordinance No. 573 ..was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 12th day of May , 1958. That,
thereafter, said ordinance was duly ado -wed and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 2:6th day of May ,1958, by
the following vote, to -wit:
