AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REZONING CERTiAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 1030 GLENDORA AVENUE. (Delaney)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
00—f ollows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following changes of zone were duly initiated, that
notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following changes and amendments be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the 28th
day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the 8th day
of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein, are
hereby amended to change from its existing zone classification to Zone
R-P that certain real property described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 32 of Tract 14681 in the City of West Covina,
located at 1030 Glendora Avenue.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.

do hereby certify that the above Ordinance No. 571 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 14th day of April , 1958. That,
thereafter, said ordinance was s7uly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 28th day of April 1958,
by the following vote, to -wit:
