AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF SAN BERNARDINO ROAD BETWEEN
IRWINDALE AVENUE AND AZUSA CANYON ROAD.(Moritz
Pick) .
The City Council of the City of Nest Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following change of zone was duly initiated, that
•notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following changes and amendments be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the
28th day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 4.10, passed and approved the 8th
day of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein,
are hereby amended to change from its existing zone classification to
Zone M that certain real property described as follows, to -wit:
Nine acres, commencing at intersection of N.
line of San Bernardino Road 66, wide with W line
of Lot 3 in Sect. 16 T1S. R. 10 W., thence E
on sd Line 550' more or less to a pt. W. thereon
692.121 from W line of Irwindale Avenue 40, wide,
thence N. 10 E 708.671 thence N 880 30' W. 550'
more or less feet to sd. W'. Line of Lot, thence
S. 701.991 more or less feet to beg. Part of Lot
3 in West Covina, California.
EXCEPTING the easterly 250 feet..
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.

Council on the 24th day of March , 1958, by the following vote,
