AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 360 RELATING
TO THE MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOLS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 360, passed and
approved the 22nd day of November, 1954, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"SECTION 4. The provisions of Section 2 shall not
apply to public swimming pools for which a charge or admission
price is required to be paid for such use thereof, nor to
swimming pools which are a part of and located upon the same
premises as a hotel, motel or apartment house, during the
time that the owner, operator or adult employee of such owner
or operator is present at and in active charge of the premises
upon which such pool is located."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.

do hereby certify that the above Ordinance No. 562 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 10th day of February 1958. That,
thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 24th day of February , 1958,
by the following vote,,. to -wit:
