AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF GARVEY .AVENUE BETWEEN BARRANCA
AND CITRUS STREETS.
The City Council of the City of 'West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following change of zone was duly initiated, that
notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
• hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following changes and amendments be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the
28th day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the
8th day of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to
therein, are hereby amended to change from its existing zone classi-
fication to Zone C-1 that certain real property described as follows,
to -wit:
Those portions of Lots 93, 94 and 95 of Tract No.
930, in the City of West Covina, County of Los
.Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 17, pages 38 and 39 of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County, lying
northerly of the centerline of the 50 foot strip
described in deed to Los Angeles County Flood
Control District recorded in Book. 14270,.page
112, Official Records, in the office of the
Recorder of said County.
EXCEPT the west 200 feet thereof.and
EXCEPT streets and highways.
• SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
