AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY ON THE WEST
SIDE OF GLENDORA AVENUE BETWEEN WESTCOVE PLACE
AND VINE AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following change of zone was duly initiated, that
notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published, that public
•hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and City
Council, and that the public convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following changes and amendments be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 325, passed and approved the 28th
day of June, 1954, Ordinance No. 410, passed and approved the 8th day
of August, 1955, and the Official Zoning Map referred to therein, are
hereby amended to change from its existing zone classification to Zone
C-1 that certain real property described as follows, to -wit:
That portion of Lot 163 of E. J. Baldwin's Fourth
Subdivision as recorded in Book. 8, page 186 of Maps
on file in the office of the County Recorder, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point N 420 56, 15" E 107.99 feet from
the most southerly corner of said.lot 163, thence N 480
07' 00" W 402.00 feet, thence N 410 53' 00" E 124.98
feet, thence S 480 07' 00" E to the southeasterly line
of said lot, thence southwesterly thereon to the point
of beginning.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required bylaw.
