AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 340 AND
PRECISE PLAN NO.'17'ADOPTED THEREBY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain application for amendment of Precise
Plan No. 17 filed by Mrs. Eleanor B. Green, heretofore -approved by the
Planning Commission and by the City Council, after giving notice and
conducting public hearings thereon as provided by law and by ordinance,
is hereby approved and adopted as an amendment of said Precise Plan No.
,17, subject to the following condition:
That a building set -back of 8 feet be shown
along Citrus Avenue, with area properly land-
scaped to insure compatibility with properties
in the vicinity to the south and southeast.
SECTION 2. That said Precise Plan No. 17 and Ordinance No.
340, as amended to date, be, and the same are hereby amended as set
forth in Section 1 of this ordinance, and as so amended, are hereby
ratified and reapproved.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to.be published as required by law.
