AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 510 AND THE
UNCLASSIFIED USE PERMIT THEREIN GRANTED.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Condition No. 6 in Section 1 of Ordinance No.
510, passed and approved on the loth day of December, 1956, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"6. No more than ten (10) "Kiddy Rides" be allowed,
• each of which is to be inspected and approved by the Chief Building
Inspector."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
