AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN SAID CITY LOCATED.ON
SHAMWCOD.STREET IN TRACT NO. 20551 TO THE.R-1.AND_R-3.ZONES.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of 'West Covina does hereby
find, determine and declare that the following zone changes and amendments were
duly initiated, that notice of hearing thereon has been duly given and published,
that public hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission and by
4D the City Council, and that the public.convenience and necessity and the general
welfare require that the following zone changes and amendments be made.
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Ordinance No. 147,
adopted January 21, 1948, as amended by Ordinance No. 325, adopted June 28, 1954,
and as otherwise amended to date, and the provisions of Ordinance No. 410 attached
thereto, the following described real property is hereby reclassified and changed
to the respective zones hereinafter indicated, and the said ordinances are hereby
amended accordingly:
Lots 1 to"145' inclusive, of Tract No. 20551 are hereby
changed to and classified as.Zone R-1.
Lots 15 to 20, inclusive, of said Tract No. 20551 are
hereby changed to and classified as Zone R-3.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordi-
nance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.

adjourneft regular meeting of the City Council on the 14thday of May , 1957, by
the following vote, to wit:
