Ordinance - 525ORDINANCE N0.525 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN SAID CITY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF AZUSA AND BADILLO AVENUES, FROM THE R-1 TO THE R-3 ZONE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 147. The City Council of the City of West Covina does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That after duly'advertised public hearings by and before the City Planning Commission and the City Council, as required by law, Ordinance No. 147 of the City of West Covina, adopted February 5, 1948, as amended, and the Zoning Map therein referred to, be and the same are hereby amended by adding thereto, as a part of the Zoning Map of the City of Nest Covina the following: That certain real property described as: The easterly 350 feet of Lot 4, Block 9 of Phillips Tract, and Lot 4, Block 9 of Phillips Tract except the easterly 350 feet as per Book 9, Page 3 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County; CONDITIONED UPON conformance to Tentative Map of Tract No.23537 as approved by the City, be and the same is hereby excepted from the particular zone in which such real property has otherwise been placed and designated by the provisions of this ordinance, as amended, and all such property and territory is hereby reclassified from Zone R-1, in accordance with the provisions of said Ordinance No. 147, as amended, so as to establish the same as a part of Zone R-3, said Zoning Map being hereby amended to conform to the foregoing reclassification. SECTION 2.
