AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,CALIF-
ORNIA, AlXENDING SECTION 1 OF' ORDINANCE NO.482 OF TIM CITY OF WEST
COVINA RELATING TO THE RECLASSIFICATION FOR ZONING PURPOSES OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY.IN.SAI-.J CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ,0F WEST COVINA DONS ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance N0.482 of the City
of West Covina, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A PRECISE PLAN FOR THE
• DEV.ELOPXENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE PRO-
VISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO.147 OF THE CITY 01i1 WEST COVINA, AND AXENDING SAID
ORDINANCE NO.147 (Britt)", adopted ,August 13, 1956, be and the same is
hereby amended in that the legal description of the real property in
the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, California, therein
set forth be changed so as to read as follows:
"The southeasterly 200 feet of the northwesterly
220 feet of the southwesterly 300 feet of the
northeasterly 310 feet of Lot 138 of E.J.Baldwints
Fourth Subdivision of a part of the Rancho LaPuente,
as per map recorded in Book 8, page 186 of Maps on
file in the office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County aforesaid".
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days
from the passage thereof, shall cause the same to be published once in
the Vest Covina Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation published
and circulated in the City of lvdest Covina, and thirty (30) days from
and after the final passage thereof said Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
West Covina, held on the 8th day of October, 1956, by the
affirmative vote of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
