AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.397 OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA BY ADDING A NEW SECTION THERETO TO . BE KNOWN AS AND
NUMBERED SECTION 1-A.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No.397 of the City of West
Covina, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A PRECISE PLAN FOR THE DEVELOP-
31ENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO SECTION 14
OF ORDINANCE NO.147 OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, AND AMENDING SAID
ORDINANCE NO.14711, adopted May 23, 1955, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto a new section to be known as and numbered
Section 1-A and to read as follows:
"SECTION 1-A. That the approval of the aforementioned
Precise Plan and the reclassification hereinabove described
shall be subject to the following conditions in addition
to the conditions enumerated in Section 1 hereof, to wit:
(1) that an additional driveway entrance at the easterly
boundaries of the property on the service road be permitted
and (2) that completed street improvement plans be first
submitted to the City Council for approval and have the
approval of the City Council. 11
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days
from,the passage thereof, shall cause the same to be published

once in the West Covina Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation
published and circulated in the City of West Covina, and thirty (30)
days from and after the final passage thereof said Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West
Covina, held on the 27th day of June, 1955, by the affirmative vote
of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
