AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A MODIFI CATION . OF THE PRECISE . PLAN
HERETOFORE ADOPTED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
IN SAID CITY, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.147 OF THE CITY OF
NEST COVINA, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE (Bandy). ..
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the precise plan for the development of
certain properties in said City, to wit, the area located at the
• northeast corner of Glendora Avenue and Dalewood Avenue and the
southwest corner of Dalewood Avenue and Bandy Avenue, heretofore
approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina,
be and the same is hereby modified and amended in accordance with and
as shown on that certain map or plan attached hereto and by this
reference made a, part hereof and which certain map or plan, being
Precise Plan No. 10 (Revised) provides for the development of a
designed commercial district or area at and upon the following
described real property, to wit:
Lots 10 and 11 of Tract No.17325 as recorded in Book
430 at Page 10 of Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California; and
Lot 18 of Tract No.16233 as recorded in Book 486 at
Page 30 of.Maps in the office of the County Recorder
. of Los Angeles, California; and
A'portion of Lot 170 of E.J.Baldwin's 5th Subdivision
in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California
SECTION 2. That the foregoing modification and amendment
of the Official Precise Plan is made pursuant to the provisions of
Section 14, Paragraph A, subparagraph 1 (c) of Ordinance No.147
-of- the City of West Covina, known as the Zoning Ordinance, adopted
January 21, 1948, as amended, following public hearings by and

before the City Planning Commission and the City Council in
accordance with the requirements of the law applicable thereto.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15)
days from the passage thereof, shall cause the same to be published

once in the West Covina
Tribune,
a newspaper
of general
circulation
published and circulated
in the
City of West
Covina, and
thirty
(30) days from and after the final passage thereof said Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West
Covina, held on the 27th day of June, 1955, by the affirmative vote
